As the US presidential administration changes, join us for a webcast providing insight into the anticipated changes affecting tax policy, supply chains, and more.

Learning Objectives

• Examine the key tax policy developments and administrative priorities expected during the first 100 days of the new Trump administration.

• Identify and consider implications of tax accounting methods for potential 2025 tax reform/legislative changes, including ways to optimize your tax accounting methods to create tax benefits and savings.

• Analyze the constitutional and statutory frameworks that govern the president's authority to impose tariffs.

• Review the potential retaliatory effects of tariffs on global trade.

• Discuss technical and operational strategies to mitigate the risks of the rising costs associated with tariffs.
