NASHVILLE, T.N. (December 18, 2024) – Elliott Davis, a leading business solutions firm in tax, assurance and consulting, has welcomed three new Principals to the firm’s healthcare leadership team. These leaders bring deep expertise across both the healthcare and private equity industries with strong ties in the Nashville market, positioning the firm to further expand its healthcare practice.
Bucky High joins the firm as healthcare practice leader. During his career spanning over two decades, High has provided services to private equity backed, privately held, not-for-profit and publicly traded healthcare organizations. Prior to Elliott Davis, he served at a global accounting and advisory firm as the firm’s healthcare audit leader.
Buck Freeman brings 18 years of experience in the Nashville healthcare market to the firm’s growing practice. Freeman specializes in healthcare company audits across ownership models, including private equity backed, privately held, not-for-profit, and subsidiaries of publicly traded companies. Freeman previously led the healthcare audit practice at a large regional accounting firm.
Jayme Parmakian joins the firm as Nashville tax practice leader. She brings over 20 years of experience working with private equity-backed healthcare and healthcare information technology companies. Her specialties include value-added tax services related to mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, compliance, and federal and state tax planning. Prior to joining Elliott Davis, Parmakian worked in the tax practice of a large regional accounting firm.
