TAX ALERT: Tax deadline extended for certain Mississippi, South Carolina, and Tennessee counties

The IRS has extended the July 15th due date for all taxpayers (individuals and businesses) in certain counties in TN, MS and SC due to natural disasters. The new due date is October 15th. Extensions not required.Counties covered by the extension include:Mississippi: Clarke, Covington, Grenada, Jasper, Jefferson Davis, Jones, Lawrence, Panola and WalthallTennessee: Bradley and HamiltonSouth Carolina: Aiken, Barnwell, Berkeley, Colleton, Hampton, Marlboro, Oconee, Orangeburg and PickensEstimated tax payments for 1st and 2nd quarters are also extended to October 15th.For more information on this and other tax matters, contact one of our Elliott Davis Advisors or fill out the form below.[gravityform id="5" title="false" description="false"]
