Al has more than 2 decades of business consulting experience, which includes over 15 years in business valuation services. He is an accredited Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) skilled in Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial Accounting and Tax Compliance, Corporate Finance, Financial Modeling, and Business Planning. He has valued over $50 billion in business enterprises and intangible assets and has served a diverse range of Fortune 500 and middle market customers in the financial, legal, energy, retail, manufacturing, technology, and life sciences sectors.

Previously, Al was a Vice President at MPI Valuation and a Director with B. Riley Financials’ Corporate Advisory & Valuation Services practice and Silicon Valley Bank’s Valuation Analytics Group. In addition, he has worked for KPMG LLP’s Economic and Valuation Services Group and BDO, LLP’s Valuation and Business Analytics Group.
