Her background includes experience in a variety of industries, including real estate, financial services, and investment companies, and she has supported customers through challenging matters such as business combinations, complex fair value measurements, consolidation and variable interest considerations, and debt and equity restructuring. She is committed to providing practical, insightful guidance that supports high-quality financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
