David focuses on providing business valuation and litigation support consulting solutions to clients in numerous industries. He has more than 15 years of experience, including more than ten years in public accounting providing business valuation and litigation support services, as well as tax planning and compliance services. David has performed valuation services for closely-held businesses, professional practices, and other business interests for a variety of purposes. David’s tax practice is centered on providing tax planning and consultative solutions to high net worth individuals and to business clients. In addition to his work in valuation and litigation support, David leads the tax team for the Raleigh market. He also works closely with estate planning attorneys in estate and fiduciary income tax matters for estates and trusts.
Prior to joining Elliott Davis, David attended the Leadership Development Program of a large regional bank and advised families in personal trust, wealth management, and financial planning.
