Lucy has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting.  Within the firm’s Alternative Investment Practice, she works primarily with flow-through entities with an emphasis on hedge funds, offshore funds, mezzanine funds, private equity funds, and venture capital groups, whereby she advises and assists customers with federal and state tax compliance and consulting. She has significant experience in hedge fund taxation including partnership consulting, K-1 preparation and distribution, complex tax allocation issues and foreign compliance issues. Lucy has extensive experience working with alternative investment fund managers, general partners, and investors with federal and state tax compliance and planning.
