As a senior consultant in the Digital Business Systems Consulting practice, Meredith provides support for customers in process analysis, selection, and implementation surrounding their people, daily processes, and technology. Sample projects Meredith has worked on include:
- Assisted a private equity company with setting up three recently acquired companies with a sales tax application for automatic filing, as well as performing sales tax reconciliation to ensure the system was functioning properly.
- Assisted an entertainment company with compiling information and documentation to complete the Shuttered Venue Operators Grant (SVOG) application that awarded them over $3 million in grant funding.
- Provided system and data analysis to a newly acquired manufacturing company and helped clean up all ERP financial and operational data. Also created process documentation and facilitated training the company’s staff around the updated daily processes.
- Worked alongside an entertainment company to conduct a process analysis, selection, and implementation of task management software to provide more efficient daily processes and reporting capabilities across a multitude of sites.
Prior to joining Elliott Davis, Meredith served as a R&D project coordinator, quality manager, and structural/graphic design manager at a major manufacturer in Columbia, SC.
