Professional Overview

Nick focuses on the Real Estate industry where he assists investors, developers, and individuals across asset classes on a broad variety of tax needs. His background working with complex real estate funds allows him to consult on topics such as REIT structuring and compliance considerations, sophisticated partner allocations and capital reporting, and complex allocation structures.

Prior to Elliott Davis, Nick served real estate customers at a Big 4 firm in New York and Pennsylvania.
