Professional Overview

Shaneen has more than 9 years of professional experience in tax compliance and planning. Her current focus is Sale and Use Tax where she manages technical assignments, assists with engagement workflow, and supervises Tax Staff on assigned engagements. Shaneen also assists on sales and use tax consulting projects such as state nexus studies and exposure analysis, voluntary disclosure agreements and amnesty programs, sales taxability matrices, and audit defense. Shaneen serves Dental, Pharmacy, Retail, Software, Hospitality, and Professional Services customers.

Before coming to Elliott Davis, Shaneen worked as a tax manager for a nationwide hospitality group and served as an adjunct professor at a prominent private university in North Carolina.
