Professional Overview

Steve has over twenty-five years in law and tax, focusing on ASC 740, Subpart F and GILTI calculations, foreign tax credit calculations, and inbound and outbound structuring. Steve has been published in The Tax Advisor and has contributed to several Thought Leadership articles. Steve has also provided many tax technical CPE trainings to various organizations.
