With over ten years of experience in healthcare, Tyler specializes in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity and corporate clients. As leader of the Healthcare Transaction practice, he has in-depth expertise across the entire healthcare spectrum, with a particular passion for behavioral health. Tyler is committed to delivering value to both buyers and sellers through his extensive industry knowledge and hands-on approach.

Before joining Elliott Davis, Tyler served as a manager in the Life Sciences and Healthcare Transaction Advisory practice at a Big Four firm, where he played a key role in transactions totaling over $10 billion in healthcare deal volume.
