Kristi has more than ten years of public accounting experience and focuses on providing accounting and assurance services to SEC clients in the financial services industry. Kristi has extensive knowledge in SEC reporting, compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404, , and consulting projects. In addition to working with financial institutions, Kristi also works with various non-depository lenders.
